"Are we the users, or have we become the used?"

Concept

The concept of individuals coding their way to the castles we envision in the digital realm reminded me of the Bagua, which creates eight axes of time, space, and orientation. These axes were used to calculate the auspiciousness of events and to draw images of the future.

In my experiments, participants become part of the machine. By operating within the framework of the Bagua, they receive insights about their fate on a specific date. But is this image truly crafted by the Bagua?

I believe this experiment will lead participants to ponder whether, as our world becomes more technology-dependent, we designers are becoming increasingly homogenized by these machines. Are these 'codes' limiting or controlling us? Who, or what, is the real machine?
